Join the auction of the unique limited edition CZ 75 RAF and bid until August 22

Following its successful premiere in June, the auction continues of the limited collector's edition CZ 75 RAF. CZ is now offering another 12 pieces of this exceptional pistol, which was created to mark the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II and pay tribute to Czechoslovak pilots who served in the British Royal Air Force.

Pistols with the following serial numbers have been included in the current round of the auction:
RAF310-05, RAF310-09, RAF311-16, RAF311-17, RAF311-18, RAF311-20, RAF311-21, RAF311-22, RAF311-23, RAF311-26, RAF311-27, and RAF311-28.

A unique design inspired by the Spitfire

Each piece in this edition features meticulously crafted details, including ports reminiscent of the exhaust stacks of the Rolls-Royce Merlin engine, a finish imitating riveted aircraft panels, and "teardrop" grips inspired by the wings of the Spitfire. The left grip features a silver Czechoslovakian field observer badge, while the body of the gun is adorned with the British RAF roundel.

The package includes an aluminum box inspired by the oil tanks of a Spitfire, a certificate of authenticity, a replica of the Distinguished Flying Cross (DFC), a stylish airplane-shaped key, a themed brochure, and a hand-painted picture of the aircraft by Jaroslav Velc. The outer packaging bears the handwritten signature of Czech artist David Cerny.

How to join the auction

Interested parties can join the auction via the Livebid.cz platform. So-called limit bids – i.e. the maximum amount the participant is willing to offer – can be placed until 8:00 p.m. CEST on 22 August. The system then automatically places bids on the participant’s behalf. On the evening of the same day – 22 August at 8:00 p.m. CEST – a live online auction will begin, during which items will be auctioned in the order in which they appear in the catalog. The auction has a non-determined end, with each new bid at the end extending the remaining time of the auction.

The auction is also open to customers outside the Czech Republic, including the USA and other countries with an authorized CZ distribution network. Information on availability in a specific area can be found in the Dealer Locator on the CZ website. Participation in the auction is subject to applicable legislation of the country in question.

The pistol is on display at the CZ store in Prague, Czech Republic.
